Due to each piece being custom ordered, produced and printed, all sales are final with no refunds or returns or exchanges available. If you receive something that is damaged please see our damage policy below.
Damages / Issues
In the unlikely event that something appears damaged. Immediately take images of the outside of the package prior to opening, then also images of the damage inside. We will need all photos of documentation for damage in order to file a claim. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we have not heard from you within 48-72 hours of your piece arriving we can not make a claim if damages occurred due to shipping.
We also can not accept returns on gift cards. All sales are final.
